Ali Jahani is the founder of Blissful Homes Real Estate — a real estate advisor and investor who has been active in Dubai’s property market since 2011. An active real estate investor across Dubai and Canada, Ali has developed deep expertise in Dubai’s key investment communities — Meydan, Sobha Hartland, Azizi Riviera, and MBR City — with particular focus on off-plan opportunities, payment structures, and long-term yield. He founded Blissful Homes to give expatriate and overseas investors an advisor who understands what it means to commit capital to a market from the outside, because he has done it himself.
